For hiring decisions that need a stronger basis
inTalent Verified
Our Candidate Presentation Portfolio brings experience, capability, references, and assessment findings together so decision-makers can see both the strengths and the questions that remain.
When this work matters
A polished résumé tells a story. Your hiring team needs the supporting evidence.
The Candidate Presentation Portfolio organizes role-relevant experience, capability evidence, reference feedback, and the checks agreed for an assignment. It identifies what was checked, its source, and what remains unresolved. inTalent Verified is an internal endorsement of completed vetting against the agreed requirements, not independent accreditation. Our proprietary work-profile and employer-alignment assessments are currently a pilot: self-reported preferences are kept separate from capability evidence. Completing a profile does not confer Verified status, and pilot answers do not determine selection or rejection. Explore the assessment and alignment process.

Discuss this serviceWhat does inTalent Verified mean?
It describes inTalent’s internal vetting endorsement within the documented scope of an assignment. Ask which checks have been completed and which remain outstanding. It is not a license, scientific personality certification, or a prediction of performance. Pilot assessment answers do not determine Verified status.
Is a replacement guarantee included?
Placements include a 12-month replacement guarantee at no additional placement fee, subject to the agreed engagement terms. Ask us to walk through the written terms for your search.
